The crew called and arrived even earlier than originally scheduled. Very friendly and continually asked if they were disturbing me as I worked on computer and phone. They carefully performed all of the tasks as described, with minimal noise or disruption. After completing the cleaning, they carefully reinstalled any items that had been removed and left the area cleaner than when they arrived !! Once that was done, they instructed me to leave for 45 minutes so they could do the fogging and give it time to settle and dissipate. When I returned, everything smelled refreshingly clean. My condo is a one bedroom unit. They completed the job in 2.5 hours. Definitely money well spent. I will recommend them  to all my friends or anyone who asks.

When I first called their office, I spoke to Kala, Chuck’s daughter.  She was very polite and helpful and definitely made a good first impression with me–she’s definitely an asset to their business.  Chuck, Dave and Rich arrived 15 minutes early on the designated day, introduced themselves, and got right to work cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent in my home.  They were all very courteous, polite and efficient.  I like to ask questions about what is going on in my home, and the guys never hesitated to tell me what they were doing.  When I told Chuck there was a bit of lint hanging from my dryer vent in the attic, he went up there, cleaned it all up and taped around where the vent meets the roof, at no extra charge.  The guys were very diligent about cleaning up, and even cleaned my A/C filter.  I didn’t have to do a thing after they left; they left the house spotless.  I was very impressed.  With three people they were at my home for only 3 hours, and the house was smelling pretty nice when they left.  I found them on Angie’s List, and my A/C guy recommended them.  I was extremely pleased with their services and price.  The final bill was exactly the amount quoted over the phone, and Chuck honored the 10% discounts offered on Angie’s List.  I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

We were remodeling the house and already had removed and cleaned all of the air vent registers. We could see that the ducts needed cleaning so when we noticed that Chuck was performing a service at a neighbor’s house, we asked if he would give us an estimate. He agreed to clean our system the very same day for $300. He also installed a quality filter for an additional $30.  The service was very effective at removing the dust and debris in our air system. He applied cleaning solution into our air duct system in order to deodorize it. This gave our system a fresh clean smell. This service helped to remove built up from years of contamination.

The four man crew came ten minutes early for the appointment and unloaded their equipment and explained the process as it was done. The job was done thoroughly and they offered ideas about making the system we have even better. Chuck did an excellent job and gave the vent pipe a thorough cleaning. I was amazed how much link stuff was trapped inside the pipe which was preventing the dryer from operating efficiently. Chuck was ontime, moved the dryer , unfastened the vent pipe from the rear of the dryer to the wall, performed the cleanup work which ended up with a pipe of link on the floor then vacuumed it all up with my shop vac. Then refastened the vent pipe and moved the dryer back in place.

Chuck was more than great!! He arrived on time and dismantled all the vents in every room. Went into the attic and went to work! The job took over 4 hours to complete. The home was built in 1987 and obviously had never had ducts or dryer vent cleaned. Needless to say they were all dirty!! We had called Chuck and ask he come prior to the installation of a new HVAC system. He coordinated his efforts with JJ Douglas HVAC services and they worked great together on our project. Chuck also saw some issues with a disconnect within the dryer vent hose in the attic. Apparently the hose was broken and had been discharging into the attic. Chuck came back the following Saturday to repair the item and recheck the system. He did not charge anything to repair the broken vent hose. Wonderful job. Great provider. Will definitely use again and recommend again……and again!! Thanks Chuck!!

Prompt, on time and very efficient. If there was anything out of order it was the notation on angie’s list that Chuck’s ducts gives a senior discount, they don’t (I was aware of this before contracting the service). Chuck said he never agreed to such a thing. All three of the workers were on top of their game, friendly and answered all questions cheerfully. Chuck provided much insight into how to have an effecient A/C system along with info on who to contact for attaining the same. Free coupon for dryer vent cleaning was great, I purchased the home from the original owner and pretty sure the vent had never been cleaned (but really needed it). If your ducts need cleaning, “Chuck’s ducts” is my recommendation.

I had pulled the dryer out to make it easier.Chuck got up on the roof, cleaned it from there, then pulled the lint from the bottom , finallly used a electric leaf blower to dislodge any loose stuff from inside the house to the roof. Judy and Chuck were awesome! We bought a home here in DeLand from people who smoked inside the home. As non-smokers, we did all we could think of (paint, replace blinds, pull up carpet, etc.) to get the smell out. Chuck just cleaned out our dryer vent from the dryer to the roof. You wouldn’t believe the lint that came out of the vent. We use them once a year. We launder the terry cloth cleaning towels from our business at our home and they produce a lot of lint. I recommend their service to everyone!

I am very glad that I had this company come out to my home. They took the time to go over things before and after they did the cleaning. My dryer vent which goes up thru my roof was so full of lint, I could of had a fire at any moment. My clothes are now drying so much better. Who knows how much extra money I spent on having to turn my dryer back on 3-4 additional times to get my laundry dry. My AC vents throughout my house also had what looked like gummed up dust and dirt. There was also a weird smell every time my air kicked on. Now, the smell is gone, I never in a million years would have thought that by cleaning my duct work, would have solved the strange odor problem, but it did. I am very very happy with these guys. Very quick and efficient. Chuck also showed me a special air purifier that works to clean the air throughout my entire home. I am very happy with the results thus far. I highly recommend these guys. If you have never had your duct work cleaned, do it right away. The money you will save in the long run totally outweighs the spend for this service. Stop thinking about it and just get it done.

Our dryer was not drying properly so we went to a local appliance store. They recommended Chuck’s Ducts to come and check the ducts on our house. With a quick phone call we had our appointment scheduled. They arrived on time and were professionally dressed and prepared. They removed all the lint from behind the dryer all the way to the roof cap. Now my dryer works better than the day I got it and my electric bill has gone down substantially. One of the employees showed me the amount of lint that was removed and I couldn’t believe it! They gave me some safety recommendations – this should be down every two years!
